Why he might be annoying:

He throws interceptions in key games.
He is known to be a choker and buckles under the pressure in big games.
He is injury prone.
He retired one year into the five year contract he signed with the Ravens.
He got injured and took credit for Rich Gannon being able to give the Chiefs their most successful season at 13-3 (1997).
His interception against the Cowboys sent his Niners into a downfall and led the Panthers to win the NFC West in only their second season (1996).

Why he might not be annoying:

He had some good games as Steve Young's backup.
He was able to prove many critics wrong and play some decent games with a mediocre Kansas City team.
He did pretty good for a player who was taken in the eighth round.
He was able to shake off the label as a choke artist when he signed with Kansas City.
