Defenseman for the Florida Panthers (1995-99), Buffalo Sabres (1999-2003) and the Calgary Flames (2003-08)

He was injury prone during his career.
He was a member of the losing team in the Stanley Cup Finals three times (1996, 1999, 2004).
He was forced to retire from hockey after his shoulder was too weak from the wear and tear of playing a physical game.
He took a scouting job for the Flames after his playing career ended, but left after one season cause he found the job 'too boring.'
He, along with teammate Mike Commodore appeared as truckers in Paul Brandt's music video for 'Convoy.'
