Why BellSouth DSL might be annoying
Aren't adjectives supposed to be before the noun?
Its the only remaining 'Baby Bell' that uses the bell logo.
It required people to subscribe to their telephone service to use their DSL.
As a result, only 8,000 of their 1.9 million DSL subscribers did not also subscribe to their telephone service (2005).
Their DSL is considered expensive.
They've been accused of taking advantage of people with poor English in order to get them to pay for premium services.
Why BellSouth DSL might not be annoying
It sold some of their Latin American operations to fund more broadband access.
It won a lot of awards for their customer service.
It ranked first in customer service for ten straight years according to the University of Michigan American Customer Satisfaction Index (1993-2003).
