    Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
    Democratic U.S. Senator from Wisconsin (1989-2012)
    Owner of the Milwaukee Bucks (1985-2014)

Why he might be annoying:

    His first Senatorial campaign slogan: Nobody's Senator but yours.
    Being an elderly bachelor, there were numerous rumors about his sexuality.
    He was criticized for supporting Affirmative Action and receiving a 100% rating from the pro-choice group, NARAL.
    He also drew criticism for voting against several free trade measures.
    Under his ownership, the Bucks had numerous losing seasons and became the NBA's least valuable franchise.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He did his post grad work at Harvard and his undergrad work at University of Wisconsin.
    He served in the Army Reserves for several years.
    He donated $25 million to build a new arena at the University of Wisconsin (Kohl Center).
    As a Senator, he sponsored a good deal of legislation on behalf of children.
    In 2006, he won his final Senatorial campaign with 67% of the popular vote.
