Why he might be annoying:

He uses the same gimmick his entire wrestling career, that of an Italian mobster.
He gave Spanky a minor concussion (2003).
He is considered the 'dumb' member in the stable he's a part of, the F.B.I. (Full-Blooded Italians).
His character in the WWE gets ordered around by Nunzio, even though he's much bigger than him.
His run in the WWE has been unimpressive, as he has only won the Hardcore title.
His boring antics usually don't go over well with the fans.

Why he might not be annoying:

Before his F.B.I. gimmick, he was mostly used as someone who makes other peoples' moves look painful.
The WWE has just recently started noticing his talent and ability to throw around wrestlers much bigger than him.
Apart from 'dumbest,' he's also considered the strongest member of the F.B.I.
The F.B.I. are currently one of the best bad guy stables in the WWE, and have had memorable feuds with the APA and Undertaker.
He made a name for himself at a young age.
