    Won the American Comedy Award (1998)

Why he might be annoying:

    His character of Arthur on 'Kings of Queens' is almost identical to his character of Frank on 'Seinfeld.'
    He did a commercial for Glad Plastic Wrap where he runs around the kitchen ranting and complaining about something so frivolous as plastic wrap.
