Best known as a guitarist for the Dan Aykroyd/John Belushi musical vehicle The Blues Brothers Band
Acted in 'The Blues Brothers (1980)' and 'Blues Brothers 2000 (1998)'

Why he might be annoying:

Though not bald he wears hats most of the time.
He played Aretha Franklin's hen-pecked husband in the Blues Brothers movies convincingly enough that some thought he was actually married to her (he never was).
Blues purists suggest he sold out by involving himself with faux blues such as The Blues Brothers Band.
Though talented in his own right he didn't form a band of his own until he was 53 years old.

Why he might not be annoying:

He's been playing guitar (self taught) since age 13.
He performed with some of the biggest names in the music industry; Howlin' Wolf, Little Junior Parker, Bobby 'Blue' Bland, Otis Rush, Ike Turner, Sonny Boy Williamson, Etta James, Chuck Berry, Memphis Slim and James Cotton.
Aykroyd and Belushi caught a show of his and personally asked if he wanted to be in the band they were forming.
Well into his 70s he still performs many jam sessions with his brother in his band, hitting the Chicago blues clubs several times a year.
