Why he might be annoying:

He's got long, unkempt hair.
There are some scenes of him eating in the Fear Factory DVD, and he gets pretty messy.
During Fear Factory's live performances, he drummed so fast his chest would 'jiggle' (man boobs)!
On Fear Factory's later albums, his drumming wasn't as impressive as it was on earlier releases.

Why he might not be annoying:

On Fear Factory's earlier releases, his drumming was so fast and precise, many people made the mistake of assuming Fear Factory used a drum machine in the studio.
He enjoys playing Sony Playstation.
Fear Factory effectively blended elements of death metal and hardcore with KMFDM-esque industrial music.
In their early days, his drumming was basically the backbone of Fear Factory's music,since the other instruments were locked in with the double bass patterns.
