Robbed four Virginian banks while talking on a cell phone
Nicknamed the 'Cell Phone Bandit' by the press
Arrested by police (November 15, 2005)

She robbed banks with her boyfriend.
All of the banks she robbed were of the same chain.
She would rob the banks by handing the teller a box with a note that instructs them to fill it with money.
In her last robbery, she flashed a gun to the teller.
She pulled off her heists while arrogantly talking on a cell phone, as if robbing a bank was not important enough to end a phone conversation.
Not only did she threaten the tellers, but she subjected them to her boring phone conversations.
Police weren't even sure if she was talking to anybody, as her contribution to the conversation was just saying 'yeah' repeatedly.
She is stupid. By robbing banks with a cell phone and no mask, she made her robberies a national story complete with photos.
Her boyfriend was arrested earlier, and she went on the lamb without him.

Sociologists suggest she may have used the cell phone because she felt physically inferior and needed something to make her secure.
She was arrested without incident when police pulled over her vehicle (November 15, 2005).
She was a memorable thief.
There are no cell phones in prison.
