He and 'CSI' co-star Jorja Fox were fired from the show after not showing up for work, holding out for more money.
He later claimed that it was only a confusion and that he simply overslept. Several journalists questioned the miraculous coincidence that also caused Fox to oversleep on the same day.
He portrayed Evel Knievel in a TV movie.
When asked who his favorite actor was, he said 'Brad Pitt's the shit. Quit playa-hatin!' Brad Pitt is the man, period. I give it up.'
He says he's addicted to Velveeta cheese.
He was in a college fraternity.

Why he might not be annoying:

When he first moved to Los Angeles, he could only drive in the daytime because his truck had no headlights.
He knew he had made it when two old ladies in Spain, who didn't speak English, pointed to him and said 'CSI.'
He probably is being underpaid despite being on the most popular show on TV.
He once worked as a copy machine salesman.
