He is the godfather of Michael Jackson's son.
He divorced his first wife Maureen.
Jimmy Fallon impersonated him in ‘Saturday Night Live’ by speaking in falsetto/staccato fashion.
Jimmy Fallon also portrayed him as a big-ego’ed, short-fused talk show host.

His singing group, The Bee Gees became a music icon.
As with his brothers, he was born in England but moved to Australia.
He purchased Johnny and June Carter Cash's home in Tennessee, which unfortunately burned down in April of 2007.
He was the inspiration for Saturday Night Live's very popular skit ‘The Barry Gibb Talk Show.’
His brothers Andy and Maurice died at relatively young ages.
