One of his brothers is in an out of prison, and another brother is a cop who shot himself in the ass.
He falsely claimed he was not sexually involved with Chandra Levy.
Many of his subordinates say he likes to intimidate them.

He offered a $10,000-25,000 reward for information concerning Chandra Levy's disappearance.
