Why he might be annoying:

He led the Ravens to a Superbowl victory but the team didn't think he was consistent enough and signed Elvis Grbac.
He spent his first few seasons with a Bucs team that had an anemic offense and Errict Rhett as its only threat.
He spent four years in Seattle being the backup to Matt Hasselbeck when he could have been a starter somewhere else.
His middle name is Farris.
He looks like he's in his 40's because he is balding.
He has been extremely injury prone in recent seasons.
He tends to stay in the pocket way too long.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was able to play with the Bucs as they were developing into a perennial powerhouse with players like Warren Sapp, Mike Alstott, John Lynch and Warrick Dunn on the roster.
When the Ravens won Superbowl XXXV and did the 'I'm Going To Disneyland' campaign, he was chosen over Ray Lewis.
His five year old son passed away due to heart complications (2003).
He is the only quarterback in Bucs history to post a winning record as a starter.
He is extremely popular in Baltimore that many Ravens fans wished they would have re-signed him instead of signing Elvis Grbac.
