Why she might be annoying:

She does not bear any resemblance to her famous father.
She shares the same first name as an infamous Paris.
There have been allegations that she was conceived as a result of artificial insemination.
In her younger years, her father would make her wear a mask or a veil in public to hide her face.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her parents divorced due to irreconcilable differences.
California law recognizes Michael as her father simply because he is married to her biological mother.
Ironically, her father strived to give her and her brothers the most normal childhood possible.
While eulogizing her dad at his memorial service, she called him 'the best father you can ever imagine.'
She was consoled by her father's siblings, particularly Auntie Janet, after her very short but moving speech.
Her appearance and speech at her father's memorial service took away some of the mystery surrounding what Michael Jackson's kids are like.
She seems to be a very normal little girl who loved her dad.
Her second middle name appears to come from her grandmother.
