Why he might be annoying
When the teams first gathered, he asked to be named Chief Morale Officer.
He originated the short lived Magna cheer 'Unbelievable!'
He looks like a grown up version of Josh Saviano of the 'Wonder Years.'
He wears creepy brightly colored polyester leisure suits (way not to impress the babes!).
His goofy attire and look plus guitar made him look like he would disappear quickly (and he did).
He lives in the past, trying to recapture his college youth.
With apologies to Danny Thomas, what kind of name is Danny for a grown man?
He attempted to break the rules by trying to override Michael Tarshi's exemption.
Although Michael Tarshi was immune from elimination, he still chose to bring Michael Tarshi into the elimination boardroom, mostly to let Trump see Tarshi's attitude for future reference.
Although his field is marketing, his marketing of the coffee lacked creativity and is not memorable.
He played guitar and made up songs that were more irritating than entertaining.
Music is his life.
He does not have cable or a TV antenna and relies on DVDs.

Why he might not be annoying
During his coffee project, he was a man short when Verna Felton quit. He became a second man short when Michael Tarshi, who had an exemption, decided not to put effort in the project.
Rather than let Michael Tarshi do nothing, he utilized him the best way he could, doing grunt and menial work.
He genuinely cared for most of his teammates and was visibly shaken when Verna Felton quit.
He left high school before schedule to take advantage of an academic scholarship to Cleveland State University.
He earned a degree in music composition at Boston University.
He studied at MIT.
His music ranges from Beatles to Bartok to Bjork to Black Eyed Peas.
Just about all his favorite books are on the Beatles.
But naturally one of his other favorite book is 'Mary Kate Olsen with Ashley Olsen: Secrets of Teen Cryogenic Freezing for Fun and Profit.'
His favorite TV shows are 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' and 'My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss.'
