King Hussein of Jordan and Marlon Brando both believed they had fathered her son, and both secretly sent money to support her.
She married Michael Roman only 10 days after meeting him.
She allegedly took human growth hormones that had been prescribed for her son.
She was described as living like Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard.

When she worried about her dance steps in a number for the film 'Flame of Araby,' the dance director replied, 'With a figure like yours, the only person who'll look at your feet is Arthur Murray.'
King Hussein reportedly was considering marrying her until he discovered that she was Jewish.
She was bludgeoned to death with a barbell by her 23-year-old son Timothy Roman.
Timothy claimed Cabot had attacked him with a scalpel.
After the forensic evidence indicated that she was asleep during the attack, Roman's lawyers adopted a new strategy of claiming that he had gone temporarily insane as an effect of being treated with growth hormones.
It worked: Roman was found guilty of the lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to only three years' probation.
