Why Lithuania might be annoying
It is a producer of methamphetamine and ecstasy.
Daylight is scarce in the winter.
They opened a theme park called Stalin World (like Disney World), but instead of being greeted by Mickey and pals, patrons are greeted by Josef Stalin and Vladimir Lenin look-a-likes (Lenin is often seen fishing by the lake). Patrons spend their day in a Soviet prison camp (not exactly Disney, but still good fun!).
Why Lithuania might not be annoying
It has a six-foot memorial statue of singer Frank Zappa.
It is two times independent - February 16, 1918 from German, Austrian, Prussian, and Russian occupation and September 6, 1991 from the USSR.
It is home to a spiritual place called the Hill of Crosses, where thousands upon thousands of crosses have been planted into the ground since the 14th century.
