    Drafted third overall by the Boston Bruins in the 1970 NHL Entry Draft
    Forward for the Boston Bruins (1970-72), California Golden Seals (1972-74), Philadelphia Flyers (1974-82) and the Detroit Red Wings (1982-83)
    Conn Smythe Trophy winner (1976)

Why he might be annoying:

    He frequently butted heads with Harry Sinden in Boston.
    One of his nicknames, 'The Chief,' is somewhat stereotypical since he is First Nations.
    He ended his playing career with 666 career points.
    He played alongside two of the nastiest players of the 1970's, Bobby Clarke and Bill Barber.
    His productivity nosedived considerably following his Conn Smythe victory.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He earned a Stanley Cup ring in his first season with the Flyers (1975).
    He set the NHL Stanley Cup record (since tied) for most goals scored in a single post-season (19 in 1976).
    He is the first position player to earn the Conn Smythe Trophy as a member of the losing team (1976).
    He played a clean style of game, which was in contrast to his linemates, Clarke and Barber.
    He was one of the first First Nations players to win a Stanley Cup championship.
