    Recorded the albums 'Tim Hardin 1' (1966), 'Tim Hardin 2' (1967), 'Tim Hardin 3: Live in Concert' (1968), 'Tim Hardin 4' (1969), 'Bird on a Wire' (1971), 'Painted Head' (1972), 'Nine' (1973) and 'Unforgiven' (1981)
    Wrote the songs 'If I Were a Carpenter' and 'Reason to Believe'
    He was expelled from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts for chronic truancy.
    He showed little imagination in naming his first four albums.
    Drug use and stage fright made his live shows very erratic.
    He moved to England for the free methadone.
    He died from a heroin overdose.
