Why he might be annoying:

    He just happened to be Walt’s son-in-law.
    He briefly considered an acting career until Walt told him he was being groomed to be a producer.
    While he led Disney, the company was a target of several takeover attempts.
    Walt’s nephew Roy E. Disney led a group of shareholders in ousting Miller and replacing him with Michael Eisner.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was married to Diane Disney for 59 years.
    He launched Touchstone Pictures, allowing Disney to release adult-oriented films without harming the family-friendly reputation of the Disney name.
    He also played important roles in creating EPCOT Center, Tokyo Disneyland and the Disney Channel.
    Animator Joe Hale said, ‘He was very concerned about the employees. Probably more than Walt was, actually.’
