KMFDM stands for 'Kein Mitleid für die Mehrheit,' which means 'No Pity For the Majority'
Former members include En Esch, Gunter Shulz, and Udo Sturm
Songs include 'Juke Joint Jezebel,' 'Anarchy,' and 'A Drug Against War'

Why they might be annoying:

They write everything in capitol letters.
Many of their fans are not too crazy about their early work.
En Esch did not return when they reunited in 2001.
After the Columbine High School shootings in 1999, some of their lyrics were found on the web site of a friend of the shooters. It didn't help that the shooters were fascinated with Hitler and KMFDM originally was formed in Germany.

Why they might not be annoying:

After the shooting, Sascha released this press release: 'KMFDM are an art form, not a political party. From the beginning, our music has been a statement against war, oppression, fascism and violence against others. While some of the former band members are German as reported in the media, none of us condone any Nazi beliefs whatsoever.'
They are known as pioneers of industrial music along with bands like Ministry and Nine Inch Nails.
They are versatile with the type of music they play, ranging from hip-hop, to dance music, to speed metal.
They are known for their comic-style artwork on album covers and videos.
In 1993, their record company held a contest to see who could come up with the best meaning for KMFDM. Some of the entries included 'Karl Marx Found Dead, Masturbating' and 'Kill Mother F'ing Depeche Mode.'
Tim Skold replaced Twiggy Ramirez in Marilyn Manson (band).
