One Cajun advocate once said 'To hear him you'd think all Cajuns are barely literate and not very bright. He is not a Cajun, but this is the only image of a live Cajun many people have.'
He played the accordion.

He has his own brand of hot sauce.
He taught human relations courses at police academies in three states.
