Premise: Guest stars visit an island where all of their fantasies come true
Ricardo Montalban as Mr. Roarke
Herve Villechaize as Tattoo (1978-1983)
Wendy Schaal as Julie (1980-1982)
Christopher Hewett as Lawrence (1983-1984)

It came second only to ‘The Love Boat,' for featuring has been actors as guest stars.
Mr. Roarke (your host), had a battle with the devil, played by Roddy McDowall.
While describing the guests, fantasies to Tattoo, Mr. Roarke would often mention how their fantasies wouldn't turn out as expected.
It was very melodramatic.
The plane arrived at the same time every week, but Tattoo always had to announce it: 'Da Plane! Da Plane.'

The show featured beautiful scenery.
It was often a chance to see an actor you thought might have died.
It was much better than the 1998 attempt to remake the series.
