    Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
    Forward for the Boston Bruins (1990-92), Philadelphia Flyers (1992), Calgary Flames (1993-95), Detroit Red Wings (1996) and the Minnesota Wild (2000-07)
    His name sounds close to the football player.
    He rotated between the NHL, Swiss League and the minor leagues prior to establishing himself as a regular with the Wild.
    He played a total of four games with the Red Wings and Flyers combined.
    Prior to joining Minnesota, he was considered a fringe player by hockey pundits.
    He enjoys golfing in his spare time.
    He was a member of the inaugural Minnesota Wild team.
    He established himself as a two way forward under the guidance of Jacques Lemaire.
    He admits he benefited from playing a couple seasons in the Swiss Leagues.
    He's been described as a gritty player with a hard nosed work ethic by his coaches.
    He is the Wild's primary alternate captain and has served as team captain on two different occasions.
