    Buried in an unmarked grave until his reburial during the 31st anniversary of his execution
    He fought alongside the Bolsheviks during the Russian Revolution.
    He worked as an NKVD informant during his time in Moscow.
    He remained a staunch Marxist throughout his life.
    Despite his world-known symbolism with the revolution, he was actually passive about it until he was shaped by it after being surrounded by Stalinists.
