She is tiny, almost a midget.
She was angered by Jennifer Crisafulli's remark claiming that 'two fat Jewish ladies' cost them winning the restaurant challenge. Being Jewish she felt the remark was wrong.
She is talkative.
Jennifer Crisafulli labelled her as 'one of the most irritating people I have maybe ever met in thirty-one years of my existence on this planet.'
Jennifer Crisafulli called her a witch. However when Jennifer Crisafulli was fired, Stacy declared - 'Ding Dong, the witch is dead.'

Why she might not be annoying:

She believes that friends and family come before success.
Her lesson from 'The Apprentice' was to 'Never underestimate the competition.'
She would enjoy the ability of making money grow on trees, just to 'prove many people wrong.'
She earned a degree in Art History from Columbia University.
She earn a law degree at Brooklyn Law School.
She worked in the legal departments of Sotheby's Auction House and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
She is fluent in French.
In the boardroom, she offers her arguments in a logical concise manner.
Both project managers Jennifer Crisafulli and Pamela Day brought her into the boardroom to face being fired, primarily because they did not like her rather than the job she did. It cost both of them from advancing on 'Apprentice 2.'
