He sexually assaulted Dorothy just prior to killing her.
The bloody hand prints on her corpse, suggest he may have sexually assaulted her after she was dead.
He was cocky.
He had a double standard, often going to strip clubs but angered guickly if Dorothy just smiled at another guy.
