The cast members care called ZOOMers.
During the first run of the series, the cast members were barefoot.
In some segments, the ZOOMers spoke in a gibberish language called Ubbi Dubbi where an 'UB' was placed before a vowel (ex. zoom=zUBoom).
In another segment, the present Fannee Doolee, a mysterious person, likes and dislikes different stuff (likes stools, not chairs) that are similarly related.

It gave children a chance to share bizarre and wonderful ideas.
One segment called 'ZOOM into action' recognizes kids who help out in their community.
It puts the viewer in control of the show (well, almost).
