He is manic depressive.
His father wanted him to be a lawyer.
He owns a Staffordshire terrier named Popular, or Poppy for short.
He is divorced from his first wife, Tiffany.
He didn't learn to drive until he moved to LA and he still considers himself a bad driver.
Why he might not be annoying
Early comedic influences include Gene Wilder, Andy Kaufman, Peter Sellers, Phil Silvers and the TV show 'Get Smart.'
His favorite character to play on 'The Kids in the Hall' was Dean, the King of Empty Promises, which he based on himself.
He plays guitar and had his own band, Accidentally Cool.
He enrolled in an improv class where he met Dave Foley.
They began working as a comedy team while employed as movie ushers.
In 1984 they merged with another comedy team and formed 'The Kids in the Hall.'
The other members of 'Kids in the Hall' have often called Kevin the easiest of the troupe to collaborate with, because he rarely says no to any idea.
