Why they might be annoying
Wood died of a heroin overdose before their debut album came out.
They were together for only two years.
They got a record deal after playing ten shows.
Gossard admits that the band had become stagnant at the time of Wood's death.
Why they might not be annoying
Their influences included punk rock, Queen, and Kiss.
Fans believe that the band could've become huge if Wood had lived.
They disbanded after Wood's death, rather than continue with a new singer.
Ament, Gossard, and members of Soundgarden recorded a tribute to Wood as Temple of the Dog.
Ament and Gossard went on to find massive success with their next band.
Pearl Jam continues to play Mother Love Bone songs in concert.
