She danced with the Ballet Russe (Russian Ballet).
She was MGM's top female dancing star in the 1950's.
She aged well.
She made an appearance as a featured dancer in Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation home video collection when she was in her late 60's.
Her daughter-in-law is playmate of the year Liv Lindeland (1972).
