Why he might be annoying:

When he first came to the WWE in 1999, he was advertised as a 400-pound, 6'6 giant.
He carried around a (obviously fixed) scale to prove he weighed 400 pounds.
He was off-camera for almost 5 months, planning a new gimmick for his return.
He finally came back in 2003 as one of Matt Hardy's dumb sidekicks.
His antics were irritating if you're not a fan of his.
He was fired from WWE due to excessive partying and bad behavior backstage.
One crew member went as far as calling him a 'fuck-up' (2003).
At a party at Steven Richards' house, he drank excessive amounts of alcohol, which caused him to choke on his own vomit and lead to his death.

Why he might not be annoying:

He held the most titles (15 in total) in WWE history, yet he is very underrated.
When he won the Hardcore title for the 1st time, he declared that he would defend it wherever, whenever, 24/7.
This lead to a hilarious angle resulting in him defending the title in many different places such as the airport, at a restaurant, and even while sleeping.
He almost won the 2000 King of the Ring, barely losing to Kurt Angle.
