Why Jerry Springer Show might be annoying
It is the quintessential 'trash' TV program.
It is pretty obvious that most of the show's fist fights are staged.
Guests are typically very vulgar, causing much of the audio to be censored.
Most guests could probably find more help from a psychiatrist than on the show.
One particularly odd episode involved a non-Roman man who had romanced his horse.
Uncensored tapes of it have been released.
Though they are supposed to be 'helping' guests, audience members seem to get more amusement from insulting them.
In fact, given the number of brawls the audience gets into, they probably shouldn't be giving advice in the first place.
During show fights, fans chant 'Jerry! Jerry!' while he hunts for a safe hiding place.
The show made stars of their bodyguards.
It is mindless violent entertainment.

It lets audience members release their inner rage.
It has led to a surge in the breakable chairs industry.
It inspired a musical.
It started out as a political-discussion show before it got a little strange.
