    Birth name was Elizabeth Kirkpatrick
    Anti-Communist and isolationist
Member of the America First Committee
Co-founder of the Mothers' Peace Movement

Why she might be annoying:

Among the people she claimed were Communists or Communist sympathizers were Eleanor Roosevelt, Sigmund Freud, Albert Einstein and Chiang Kai-Shek.
She praised the fascist governments in Spain, Italy and Germany for being anti-Communist.
She said Nazi antisemitism was caused by 'the large number of revolutionary Russian Jews in Germany.'
She eventually declared Marxism and 'Jewry' to be identical.
She called the New Deal 'a Trojan horse for international Communism.'
She claimed Franklin Delano Roosevelt was actually Jewish (and, of course, a Communist).
She called Dwight David Eisenhower 'Ike the Kike.'

Why she might not be annoying:

She was a concert harpist before turning political.
She became an anti-Communist after touring the USSR and witnessing Soviet anti-religious policies (1931).
The Smith Act under which she was indicted was later declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
Glen Beck praised her 'Red Networks' as an example of someone 'doing what we're doing now.'
