He has a website called 'HUGE Nasser El Sonbaty.com'
He sells autographed clothing worn by him on his site (ugh!)
He boasts about himself shamelessly on his site.
He is famous for appearing on magazine covers bald-headed and wearing glasses, thus looking quite ridiculous.
His physique is grotesquely massive.
Why he might not be annoying
He is the only bodybuilder who is over 300 pounds, yet still cut and defined.
He is very educated and can speak six languages fluently.
He makes guest appearances and is a motivational speaker.
He emphasizes hard work and discipline and admits that 'You need to definitely go for the muscle pain' to achieve results.
