    His entire act consisted of a hand puppet saying 'S'okay?' and a severed head in a box responding 'S'awright.'
    Both these characters were rather creepy.
    His ventriloquism wasn't popular until the head of his full-size dummy was severed in a car accident.
    He was an excellent ventriloquist.
    He smoked, drank and juggled while operating his characters.
    He performed for four presidents.
    He toured with Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, and Danny Kaye.
    Before becoming a puppeteer, he was a matador.
    He lived to age 103.
    He performed his act on his 100th birthday.
    He was married to the same woman for more than 50 years.
