He made out with his hand on television.
David Hasselfhoff sang at his funeral (as if the mourners weren't upset enough).

Why he might not be annoying:

In his short sixteen years, he launched a singing and acting career, co-authored a book, and created his own cancer research foundation called 'Making A Difference.'
He survived two bouts of Hodgkin's disease.
The chemotherapy that killed his cancer weakened his lungs so severely that he had to use an oxygen tank on set.
He was hospitalized with pneumonia until his lungs collapsed.
His last words were reportedly to his mother: 'I'll see you in heaven.'
His character QT was a terminally ill patient dying of a fictional disease.
Thousands of fans attended his funeral.
