He is one twisted individual.
He suffers from mental disorders.
He has a picture of himself lying naked on the floor with a large snake crawling on him.
Because of his mental disorders, Turbonegro broke up in the waiting room of a psychiatric emergency ward in Milan, Italy(1998).
Despite Hank still having his mental disorders, the group reunited (2001).
Why he might not be annoying
While in INRI, his wife played bass guitar.
Jello Biafra likes Turbonegro.
He and Turbonegro once opened for The Ramones.
