While she was trying to establish herself as an actress and TV personality, she was known as the 'Jeans West chick.'
She was forced to give up her extreme sports hobby when she turned up for a photo shoot with a black eye.
She used her modelling background to launch an acting career.
She once got a short haircut and had to wear lipstick so that people knew she was a girl.

After just a few modelling jobs she became one of Australia's highest profile celebrities.
She was the spokesperson for the '40 Hour Famine' in 2003, raising money for starving children around the world.
She ranked 18th (2000) and 20th (2001) in FHM Australia's 100 Sexiest Women.
