She modelled for J.C. Penney, Kmart and Macy's as a child.
When she went to her prom, she tried to make her own dress and didn't have it done by the time her date was there. Her mother had to sew her into the dress and she had to be cut out of it when she got home, guaranteeing that her date wasn't getting laid that night (at least from her).

She played the piano for ten years and the oboe for seven.
