At least seven times, he video taped Erin Andrews nude using his cell phone through a reverse peephole in a hotel room in Tennessee.
It is also believed he did this in a hotel in Milwaukee.
Erin Andrews told the judge 'I am a victim of this sexual predator and would like to see him put in jail immediately (December 15, 2009).'
He attempted to sell the videos to TMZ.
He is divorced.
He has the same name at baseball player Michael Barrett

Erin Andrews became better known and appreciated because she maintained her dignity throughout the ordeal.
He had no prior criminal past.
He released the video on the internet for free viewing.
He admitted guilt quickly and plea bargained to a single count of stalking, saving California a trial (December 15. 2009).
