Although all band members knew each other from school, they didnt start making music until they met up at an acid house dance club.

The fire took place on Jez and Andy's birthday.
'Sub Sub' had a hit single with 'Ain't No Love (Ain't No Use).'
'There Goes the Fear' peaked at #3 on the UK Singles chart.
