Best known for the songs 'Train, Train' and 'Highway Song'

Why they might be annoying:

They are a two-hit wonder.
They broke up twice, the first time just a year after forming.
They are overshadowed by another southern rock band from Jacksonville, Florida.
The band constantly changes its lineup, and there have been nearly 30 members.
They changed their sound when southern rock fell out of favor in the early 80's.
Medlocke tours with the current, hack version of Lynyrd Skynyrd as an 'original' member (along with Gary Rossington).

Why they might not be annoying:

Medlocke and Walker both joined Lynyrd Skynyrd during the band's breakup in the 70's.
'Train, Train' and 'Highway Song' were both Top 40 hits in 1979 and are classic rock radio staples.
They had a harder-edge sound compared to most southern rock groups.
Jakson Spires died of an aneurysm soon after reuniting with the group.
They have a devoted fan following.
