(April 11, 1978-April 29, 2007)
Born in Cleveland, Mississippi
Pitcher for the Boston Red Sox (2002), Philadelphia Phillies (2003-2004), Cincinnati Reds (2004-2005) and St. Louis Cardinals (2006-2007)
Died in a car accident when he ran into a parked tow truck while drunk (April 29, 2007)
Why he might be annoying
He was completely responsible for his death. He was drunk, speeding and on his cell phone when he hit a parked tow truck.
He also was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.
His family refused to accept that Josh was responsible for the accident and actually sued the restaurant Josh was at, the tow truck company, the tow truck driver, and the motorist whom the tow truck was helping.
His blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit in Missouri, and police also found marijuana and a bong in his truck.
He had a reputation of giving up a lot of home runs.
The Cincinnati Reds released him for being overweight and out of shape (2006).
Why he might not be annoying
His death led to many teams banning alcohol at their clubhouses.
He was a part of the Cardinals World Series-winning team in 2006.
He was vastly improving his pitching game and giving up fewer home runs before he died.
