His father, George, was governor of Michigan, so naturally he is trying to become governor of Massachusetts.
What kinda name is Mitt? It is his 'Mittlename.'
When his residency requirement was challenged and upheld allowing him to run for Massachusetts governor, his campaign sent a person dressed as chicken around town holding a sign 'Mitt Happens.'
Why he might not be annoying
He married his high school sweetheart over thirty years ago.
He organized the Salt Lake City Olympics, after it was flawed by bribery and scandals, turning it into a successful event (2002).
He is ranked in People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People in the World (2002).
He graduated Brigham Young University (1971) and Harvard Law School.
