Sometimes he goes by the name 'Ron Simon' or 'Ron Bensimon' to confuse people.
At the 2004 World Figure Skating Championships, he interrupted Michelle Kwan's long program.
Somehow he managed to evade the $2 billion-dollar security system at the 2004 Summer Olympics, jumping off the board during the 3-meter springboard diving event.
The Chinese, Russian and American divers were flustered by his antics and muffed their dives. He is responsible for destroying their chances of winning medals.
He did all this while wearing a tutu with vile polka-dot tights.
His antics embarrassed the nation of Canada.

The Canadian press dubbed him 'the fool in the pool' after his stunt in Athens.
The Greek policemen worked him over.
He was fined 2000 Euros and sentenced to five months in jail (but it's still under appeal).
He never wears the same tutu twice.
