He was married five times.
He married Kim Schmidt for just three weeks.
He has been divorced three times, including from 'Bewitched' star Elizabeth Montgomery.
After his agent told him he would win an Oscar for 'They Shoot Horses, Don't They?,' Young fired him.
In 1978, just three weeks after marrying German actress Kim Schmidt, Young killed her in their New York City apartment.
After which, Young placed the gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger.
