Why they might be annoying
The clothes.
The hair.
Their name was taken from the popular, at the time, 'Trim' brand of jeans, adding the 'L' for French flair.
They are not considered part of the 'real' Miami Bass Sound.
After a dispute with their label, they walked out of the sessions for their third album, which was finished without their input using outtakes.
Why they might not be annoying
The ladies were 2 friends spotted dancing on local music show, Miami Teen Express.
Upon release of their album 'Drop That Bottom' (1989), The Source named them 'Hip-Hop Goddesses of the Month.'
Bunny D left music to focus on raising a family.
Lady Tigra continued to have solo success.
'The Cars Go Boom' is considered one of the best hip-hop tracks of all-time.
