His weird hairstyle was his real hair and not a wig.
He quit the show in 1995 while it was still in its run.
Why he might not be annoying
He replaced Josh Weinstein on short notice who quit after after a year on 'Mystery Science Theater 3000.'
For continuity Frank held up a milk carton with Weinstein's picture to show he was missing.
His chemistry ended up blending much better with Trace Beaulieu's Dr. Forrester.
He was raised in New York City.
