He is a suck up to Donald Trump claiming the show's success is based entirely on Donald Trump's charisma.
He says of Donald Trump: 'He's very perceptive. He's a wonderful judge of character.'

He looks like a turtle.
He sits like James Lipton, only moving his head.
He has been assigned the Randy Jackson role in auditioning 'The Apprentice' 2 candidates.
His alma mater, Brooklyn Law, is consider one of the least prestigious law schools in New York City.
He missed four of the thirteen episodes of The Apprentice.
Why he might not be annoying
He tried to retire in 1993 but Donald Trump asked him what he could do to keep him. He told the Daily News 'I told 'Donald I'd work four days a week, I'll take as many vacation days as I want, when I want, and I told him if you're unhappy with me at any time, tell me to leave and I'll leave and we're friends, and if I'm unhappy I'll leave and we'll still be friends.'
Donald Trump said: 'He's tough, firm, but fair, a very brilliant lawyer, and I trust his judgement.'
He graduated Brooklyn Law.
